North Little Rock native Mickey Willett began her career in the paper industry as a wholesale sales rep for big names like Inviting Company and Whitney English in 2006. She transitioned to retail in 2008 when she became the manager of Heights boutique Molly’s Paperie. Four years later, Mickey bought the company and changed its name to The Social Type.

“I love the details. I have always enjoyed planning parties and entertaining, and as I tell my customers, the invitation sets the tone for an event and always leaves the first impression.”

For nearly a decade, Mickey has been helping Arkansas brides find the perfect wedding invitation, helping Little Rock families celebrate occasions big and small, and greeting each customer that walks through her door with a huge smile.

Mickey lives in Little Rock with her husband Cory. In 2018, they welcomed a new son, Walt.

“In a small business, customers are like family, and their momentous occasions become mutual milestones. I’m eager to make my customers visions come alive, and being able to help set the tone for their perfect party or event is icing on the cake.”
